Dr. Gregory Solis, MD

I strongly suggest if you have any knee issues you get in with Dr. Solis. He is upfront, honest and advises you of next steps. Because of having arthroscopic surgery on my knees I feel as if I have new knees at 56

Bad attitude, horrible demeanor , should not have contact with people. Maybe u should b a pet doctor

Dr. Solis is wonderful. He is a hands on doctor and does NOT prescribe something that is NOT needed, but knows the difference.

I am so completely unhappy with the lack of care I received that I am filing a formal complaint with every board available to me. Solis refused to acknowledge that the surgery he performed was ineffective, in fact he insisted the fusion on my foot was healed and repeatedly referred me to pain mgmt. At my last visit, he washed his hands of my case stating again that the fusion took and actually said for all he knew the pain I was still having could be a pinched nerve in my back! His next statement was that he could operate on my FOOT again or I could try to find another surgeon but there are only four in Jax and that he had the most credentials. I was still in pain after TWO of his surgeries, I still could not walk, I lost over nine weeks of work and had paid him thousands of dollars just to have him say there was no reason I was still in pain. I finally was out of post op period and went to another ortho surgeon who found the issue within TWO mins.....the fusion Solis insisted was… "perfect" was NEVER healed and only now after an additional surgery by a knowledgeable, kind doctor am I finally out of pain. Save yourself the grief! If your issue is complicated, go to Mayo even if you have to pay out of your own pocket for quality care which is what I had to do.

In my opinion, Dr. Solis is a fantastic Surgeon. He operated on my rt ankle(bone on bone) and rt knee(torn meniscus). I hope he stays here in Jacksonville, I'll definitely go to him again if I have that type of problem again.
