Dr. Gregory Alan Williams, DO

I have no complaints about the medical services, nor wait times. Appts were promptly scheduled and referrals have been managed perfectly. Billing however? Not great. On two occasions now the office has miscoded appts so that they resulted in incorrect charges and copays. On the most recent occasion, I was given a telehealth appt, conducted over video chat (to clarify, I didn’t request an appointment, they called me). It was all arranged via the Follow My Health App, including emails explaining how to call into the appointment, so there is a paper trail for easy review. Due to coronavirus, Capital Health is not charging a copay for telehealth appts, however I received a bill for another $40 copay because the office didn’t code it correctly. That’s $80 in incorrect billing so far. I’ve now left two messages for the office manager (as the billing department says she’s the only one who can fix it), as well as an email over the last two weeks. Zero phone calls back, the bill is now… overdue. Doesn’t seem very professional to me for something this easy to correct.

Dr. Williams is a consumate professional, a pleasure to work with in your healthcare needs. He REALLY listens attentively, which is refreshing and gratifying.

He has always been very attentive. He is very professional yet personable. He has a terrific bedside manner and was the only doctor in Tallahassee that was able to find the issue with my daughter after 9 years of drama

The wait time for both visits to see the doctor were over an hour. Also both visits he was trying to excuse himself before I had a chance to discuss all of my concerns, and although I was able to share everything with the visiting student from FSU, I was not able to do the same with Dr. Williams.

Would definitely recommend Dr. Williams and TPCA to friends and family.

I've been with several doctors for 35 years as a quadriplegic. I've been with Dr. Williams since 1995. Best doctor I've ever had.

Easy to get an appointment that day or the next. Wait time is minimal , but time spent with the Doctor is not rushed.Dr Williams cares about you as a person not just a number for the day. The staff is kind and returns calls promptly the same day.This doctor does NOT overbook his days, thus offering better care overall.
