Dr. Gregory Alan Young

Adrienne answered the phone, I said who I was, a new patient, wanted to make an appointment. I was then put on hold for almost 5 minutes (I'm not exaggerating). Then Adrienne came back on the phone and asked if she could help me. I told her she just put me on hold and told her again who I was, and if I could get an appointment today. She said, "no". That was all! After an awkward silence I asked when I could get in. She said in a week. I said, OK." She asked if I had me insurance card handy. I told her it would just be a second. She put me on hold again. I hung up!!

Wonderful office staff and Dr. Young was personable and thorough. I cannot really yet say rather his diagnosis is accurate as time will tell and he didn't really diagnosis or rather couldn't at this point. As for follow up, no he didn't call later...I will have a follow up appt and we'll see what happens next. Really liked him and his staff.

He is a very caring doctor and gives what he can to his patients. he makes reccomendations when needed.
