Dr. Gretchen A Hetzler, MD

Overall I'd say I have a good experience with the staff. Office is impeccable and relaxing. My phone calls are answered and I feel taken care of. Dr is a relaxed quiet woman and listens well and closely. You can tell she gives thought to her response and I feel she's treated me well. I've been lucky to have her.

I've been an patient of Dr Hetzler for at least 7 years (I'm 57) and unlike other doctors I have visited, I don't recall ever waiting more than 20 minutes to see her. The front office staff is curtious and Judy (PA) always gets back to me when I leave voicemail message.

I've been going to Dr. Hetzler for 19 years and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes during any visit. Dr. Hetzler is very caring, thorough,and informative. She takes time with you and is a great listener. She knows her stuff and really puts you at ease. Her office staff can be a bit short at times, but Dr. Hetzler is a gem.

She is absolutely one of the BEST OB/GYN's I've ever gone to. Doesn't matter what age in life you're at...having children, going thru menopause, whatever. She listens and accurately diagnoses. AND she's not surgery happy; only does it when needed.
