I am totally satisfied with my experiences with this office and specifically with Dr. Gretchen.

Dr. Schlosser Covell was very gracious to get me in today, but I felt extremely rushed. I attempted to voice my concerns by raising questions after her choice of medicine, but I honestly felt that she had decided and because of time constraint there wasn't time to discuss. In addition, I had a bad headache and had trouble focusing on what she was saying because she talking so fast. I also felt very pressured in saying that it would be ok if I would meet with someone else during the 6 month mark. I know her schedule is packed and I genuinely appreciated her getting me in. I could tell she was flustered at that and tried to push the new hires. I recognize it is not her fault with the time constraints the hospital puts on them, but is frustrating for us as patients also.

Knowledgeable, empathetic and upbeat

Dr.Schlosser Covell is extremely knowledgeable. Her real gift is how she projects her knowledge. She knows her stuff and knows how to answer questions in thoughtful ways that don't go clean over the patient's head. I was throwing a pity party and scared for myself when I met her. As time went on, the more I trusted the process the more normal I felt. I'm a sensitive person and I admire her compassion. She helped me understand that I'll be alright while also being mission focused on making sure I'll be alright. I'm sincerely thankful.

I am very pleased that I found Dr. Schlosser. She is excellent and I have already recommended her to friends. She listens to what I say, which has become somewhat rare.

Really liked her

I realize all my responses were "5." Those were not just courtesy responses but accurate. Dr Covell genuinely seemed to be interested in my visit and care. I know all the staff care about their patients, but sometimes they can be a bit distracted or rushed. Dr. Covell never made me feel that way. She asked questions, made suggestions, and answered all my questions. She even answered some questions my wife had concerning her own cognitive concerns. Dr Covell was super nice and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone with neurological concerns.
