If I could give zero stars I would. the practitioner prescribed medication for my son, he approved it but never sent it to the pharmacy. Instead of discussing my son he talked about current events and his opinion about them. I’m disappointed in the unethical and unprofessional behavior. I will not go there again!

Not only did we get a doctor who speaks Spanish, but the staff do and they know their stuff! The last time I went to another doctor, I only saw a Nurse Practitioner. Doctor Bethencourt sees all of his patients and knows us well. So glad he can take care of my grandmother. He is caring, asks questions, and listens. You get to see a Doctor. That is becoming a rare thing these days.

Doctor really cares about patients. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Speaks spanish fluently. My entire family goes to him.

Dr. B was very informative and understanding when seeing me. He deeply cares for his patients which is why the wait time may be long. The staff is hardworking and competent. It is clear when they are backed up due to under staffing, and they do all they can under pressure. Major props for digitizing their health care records!

Dr. B is a great doctor. The wait can be long because he gives his undivided attention to each patient and cares as he would a family member. One can talk to him about everything for he educates patients on medical and other issues. He knows everyone by name and remembers the medical history of each patient. He is not one of those doctors who rushes one out, to cash in the next patient. My entire family has been visiting him for over 12 years. We trust him. He has been with us for on simple things as treating a cold to stays in the hospital. When admitted to the hospital, he immediately gets into action to ensure we get the best medical care possible and stays very much involved until discharge. He treats each patient with integrity, humility, honesty, and compassion. He is exemplary! In agreement with a prior post on one staff member which can become a challenge when calling or visiting Dr B. Everyone else is very nice and caring.

Our family has been going to Dr.B. for many years and not only does he listen, he figures out what is wrong. He cares and if ever we have health issues, he has been there for all of us. He follows through, is persistent and makes sure we get the care we need.

Offiice staff is very rude...but I am sure the doctor doesn't know about it because they will not give him the message to call back the patient after they were told they were putting in a complaint

Both my husband and I see Dr. B and he is great. He always takes time to answer all of our questions and makes it a point to get you to the right specialist, if needed, after thoroughly evaluating the symptoms. Unless he retires or we move, he's stuck with us!
