Dr. Gustavo Benejam is a 5 STAR Psycolgist. My progress has CATAPULTED; making my struggles easy to manage. Certain traumatic thoughts I was plagued with on a daily basis are more of a distant memory that I can now reflect upon as a tool to learn more about myself. I have been seeing Dr. Benejam “Dr. B” for over a year now. I had gone a period of time without a psychologist , and Dr. Benejam has been a Godsend. Because of the pandemic, my appointments have had to been via Zoom (other apps are offered for meeting) At first, I didn’t know how I was going to share and discuss some of my most deeply guarded secrets over video. I am now able to meet with Dr. B. in my own home. It is far more relaxing than an office with a couch. Dr. B. is always relaxed, however, I have discussed with him how wonderful the new way of doctor visits has helped me personally. Dr. B is calm, very very approachable, and gives is expert advice; all of which have helped me to manage my life and family. He… has a great energy that I find both sympathetic, empathetic and looked at with objectivity due to his notable education and training experiences. I virtually meet with Dr. B. every two weeks. Dr. Benejam is one of the finest therapists I have ever known. His compassionate, attentive style is simultaneously pragmatic and insightful. I have seen him for my own issues (post-traumatic stress) as well as marital counseling and the alcoholism of my wife. I would recommend him without hesitation to any one searching for a therapist.
