Even if you have an appointment you still have to wait 2 or 3 hours. Then he will see you for about 10 minutes and will ask you do a blood test instead of checking what the problem is. After the blood test results came, the nurse gave me the incorrect treatment. Thankfully it didn’t affected my body

I had to wait for hours and I still did not get a chance to see Dr. Melamedoff. I had a 10:30am appointment and I was right there on time. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, a staff conducted a blood pressure test around 12:15pm. When asked how long I would need to wait see the doctor, she said she did not now. Then I asked the receptionist and I was told unapologetically with no hesitation there were 4 patients ahead of me and I might see the doctor only around 3pm. I was shocked. How could seeing a doctor for regular a check-up take WHOLE DAY? If I could see the doctor only at 3pm, why didn't they give me 2pm instead of 10:30am? I said, "Give me my paperwork. I don't any more time to waste. I want to leave." I grabbed my paper and left in rage. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! I immediately called and changed my Primary Care Physician name from him to another on at a different clinic. Do yourself a favor -- just don't go there!!!

I needed to make urgent apt but they said the next avail. one is in a week.When I came the following week & waited an hr they told me I can't see Dr because they can't verify my insurance since it was during off hrs.They had a week to call me/my insurance since my apt was scheduled & not a walk-in.I requested to speak with management to let me see Dr since I was in pain,but they didn't care and said I had to pay in full for apt since THEY can't verify my insurance.Only care for money, not people. Will not go there again.
