Horrible service more than two hours waiting just for the staff to tell the dr that I had an attitude just for asking if they forgot about me because it was two hour waiting and the patients that came after me were called before me, then the dr complaining that he did not have the time to read my records he refused to give me a referral and instead of been ethical and apologizing for their inexcusable delays he gave the staff the reason and did not resolve the issue what kind of doctor complains about reviewing your records and has no respect for the patients time and health please find a better doctor he is extremely rude and his staff will also treat you like trash the only one decent was the puertorrican female at the front desk the rest should be fired. For the dr maybe in Colombia he makes his patients to wait the three hours he mentioned but in USA that’ is considered disrespectful Absolutely disgusting behavior, he should learn how to be respectful and ethical Dont go there you… will regret it The Dominican female medical assistance is also horrible she should not be working with people not even animals don not go there for your own safety they do not care about your health just the money

I find Dr. Sosa to be one of the most despicable human beings. His most arrogant behavior put my child in danger. His assessments skills are poor and his bedside manner is deplorable. When questioned about treatment he shut me down and told me I was disrespecting him and left the room and refused to help us. He is currently at AdventHealth Urgent Care – Winter Garden. I would advise NoT seeing.

Was not concerned with a child's symptoms only suggested we go across the street to the ER. He had no concern for the well being of my child and did not even take the time to diagnosis or run any tests.
