He is my physician for years and today i cant resist to pour my heart in online review. Dr. Jean charles is a blessing for poor community and he has an amazing and up to date medical knowledge. He hired a new staff and all of them super professional. I used to wait 15 minutes in this office but from last couple of visits wait time is not even 5 minutes. Anyone who is looking for a brilliant doctor in orlando should seek his services. Thank you dr charles

I have had many issues over the years and went through many different doctors of all background and creed. Simply put, he is one of the ultimate best! He should be called "The Haitian Healer!". Pointless to say if you are looking for a good, really good doctor, look no more.

I live in Montreal, Canada and was visiting my mother in Orlando, when she fell ill. She was complaining of a violent headache and neck tension. She was miserable and was talking about this constant noise in her ears. I offered to take her to the ER but she refused and asked me to bring her to her doctor's instead. I accompanied her to see Dr. Jean-Charles. The experience was amazing! the medical assistant who took my mom's blood pressure found it so high, he thought my mom was going to have a stroke! once the doctor was alerted, he immediately sprung into action and got a team to drop everything and focus on my mom! She was given some quick acting medication and she was checked frequently. The doctor and his staff were so caring! wow! within the hour my mother's BP started to come down and she was discharged home with a reminder "no more salt ma'am!". The most amazing thing, is that the flow of the practice did not necessarily stop. The rest of the staff, stepped up to keep things… going. Amazing team work!

Dr Jean Charles is a very great doctor,but customer service at his office is very poor seems like those people get paid to place people on hold every time someone call,you can just have a simple questions & the get to answer it for you after that 15 minutes.I will still give the 5 stars for the doctor for his hard work

the staff was very pleasant upon arrival. transportation was provide which is excellent because our needs were accommodated. I truly appreciated the patience of the staff and especially Dr.Jean Charles that was taken with my mother. He shown genuine concern and care of my mothers health. His office was busy but we were still seen in a timely manner and Dr.Jean-Charles did not rush us out. He answered all our questions. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
