I’ve had two well-women exams now with Dr. Gwen and during each visit, she was very professional, answered all my questions, and allayed any nervousness or fears I had during my Pap smear. I have never had to wait too long beforeI get seen or to make an appointment, and her staff has also been very professional.

I have been at patient with Dr. David for several years. The staff has always been wonderful and Dr. David is always wonderful, spends at much time as you need.

I highly commend Dr. Gwen David and her entire staff. The staff were all friendly and professional. Dr. Gwen David was very patient in answering all my questions. When she did the pap, it was no pain at all. She was very gentle in all the tests she did, explaining every step she does which took away my nervousness. Excellent doctor! So glad I went with her.

I would like to thanks Dr David and her team for the professional care and treatment they all giving me, I feel so blessed to have Dr David in my life. I am always get the best advice and the best treatment from team.

Her office staff is awful. Cold and unfeeling, with no amount of human decency. It’s a shame, no matter how good Dr.David is, she can’t make up for her staff. Sadly, you don’t realize how important the office staff is, until you need them.

Very competent, but most importantly: very gentle. Whereas I used to squirm and tense up, I barely feel a PAP test with her.

My only complaint is that it takes ages to get an appointment for a routine exam because she is so popular. I think she is aces. Very relaxing manner, efficient without being brusque, comfortable to talk to. I am so glad she is my doc.

She is simply the best doctor ever!!!

First impression for me is usually the last! The office rep confirming my appt had absolutely NO patience! I was unable to recall the name of the dr as it would be my fist time to the office, but then realized; I didn't recognize the name because I didn't make the appt with that particular dr. I called back because I thought it was a slight error, only to find out that the dr I made the appt with is on vacation that week. I was very SPECIFIC when I requested Dr. David and made the appt almost 2 months prior! So during this entire time I could've seen someone else, who's staff is more professional and courteous than to be treated cold and insultingly. Needless to say I'll be moving on and will NOT dare to call back. Usually, in my experience, your office staff is a representation of the doctor and if this is what I get as the face, then I can only imagine what I can get going beyond. I am positive I make more money than those girls as I'm pushing 80k, but yet I spoke to her with… such dignity & respect, despite her condescending behavior. Then again, maybe that's why she was so bitter because she's unhappy with her financial and/or personal life. It's a pity, because from what I've read the dr seems to be a really good one. But after this experience, neither myself, my daughter, mom, sister-in-law nor my niece will be seeing this dr due to her staff's incapability to show courtesy.
