Dr. Gwen Linda Dubois, MD

Dr. Gwen is truly concerned and committed to the health and well being of her patients.

I find Dr. Dubois to be somewhat moody, and inconsistent. Sometimes, she is very caring, thorough and seems genuinely interested in my well-being. Other times, I find her to be judgmental, rushed, and uncaring. With some problems, she is great in following up and providing calls to see how I am doing. Other times, she doesn't seem to want to be bothered. I find her office staff to be very challenging. She has a few women there who are very difficult and rude. It is very difficult to get through on the phone and they have no answering machine or answering service.

I would recommend Dr. Dubois to anyone. I have a complicated medical history and she stays on top of everything. She spends as much time as is needed with me on each & every visit. Staff members are always friendly & helpful. If you were to write a description of what a primary care physician should be that would describe Dr. Dubois.

I used Dr. DuBois for several years before moving out of state. She very quickly diagnosed a serious problem I had. She was very thorough and was quick to render a solution. My husband had Bells Palsy. I took him to her and right away, she knew what to do, without hesitation. If I still lived in the area, I would still have her as my doctor. She has a pleasant bedside manner, very soft spoken and always appears calm which is something all patients need when seeing a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Gwen Du Bois for many years and she is always very knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. I have had quite a few doctors in my life and none was better than her because although some were very good (namely the ones that she referred me to and a few others)she again is the best because of her genuine concern and understanding of me not to mention she is very empathetic.

She has been my doctor for nearly 20 years. I am considering taking my 1 and 3 year old - if she will take them!
