Dr. Gwenn Lentine, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Lentine for 7 years. My mother, aunt, and all the female relatives in my family have been going to this practice for years. I was even born by Dr. Herzog! (same practice). Dr. Lentine barely examined me during my visits with her, the appointment was impersonal and her bedside manner is poor. due to her poor bedside manner, I have since switched doctors. my new doctor has found conditions on ultrasound and exam that dr. lentine has never cared enough to look for. Thankfully, I am now getting these issues taken care of. Its scary to think that these issues have been present and my previous doctor didnt even care enough to look. Additionally, the office staff is rude and careless. they often spoke to me about my medications through the check-in window in a waiting room full of patients. overall, this office seems like they get as many patients in and out as they can for profit, not caring about the overall health and wellbeing of their patients. I am… overall very disappointed in dr. lentine's care, and thankful that I switched doctors when I did and my medical issues were discovered.

I have been going to this office a little over two years now I go every 6 months in those two years I have never ever called and not left a voicemail for the woman who does scheduling I was now just charged for an appt I had to reschedule and once again when I called NO one answered, the doctor has her days she’s either nice or cold but always super aggressive the expiernece is a poor one so think wisely before going to this office

Her wait time is absurd, 2 or more hours. No physician is worth that amount of waiting. Her breath is enough to knock you out cold

I recently went and I just loved her. So soft spoken, kind and funny. Wait was a little long but she was worth it.

Dr. Lentine is a horrible obgyn. The first time I saw her she seemed very caring and nice. Anytime I call her to make an appointment, the person who answers the phone tells me "you were just here!" The last time I saw her I waited in the exam room over an hour. She spent not even 2 minutes and dismissed me. I had a question regarding medication and her nurse/assistant told me I could not speak to the doctor as she was in with another patient. I am a diabetic and get chronic infections. She keeps blaming them on my diabetes. Yes diabetics are prone to infections, but that is not always the underlying cause of an infection. I had a UTI and she insisted I take antibiotics that do not agree with me. I wound up going to the emergency room to get a different prescription. This was after her nurse told me Dr. Lentine does NOT treat UTIS and I would have to see a urologist. The urologist is only there 1 a week and it's usually a 3 month wait. I can not suffer with an infection for 3 months.… She's good at responding via her patient portal, but forget trying to call and make an appointment. They almost never call back.

Had to have an emergency visit kept calling office no one got back to me. I show up in office and they say i have to go home. My mother goes back with me and they yell at her and call her nasty. My mother said "if your daughter had this problem how would you like it if your obgyn sends you home" and the lady behind counter responds "i work here she would be seen" so i can not be seen because my mother doesnt work there? Horrible i will never ever go back to her everytime she saw me I would wait hours and she would be in room for 2 minutes and dismiss all my questions. Does not care about patients at all, all she cares about is what insurance you have. Dr. Herzog is her husband he is a great doctor but due to his wife i will no longer be going to his office at all. She is horrible, absolutely no manners and staff is disgustingly rude

Had an overall good experience.

If you are not pregnant don't bother going - they can care less about you after you waited over 2 hours for an appointment you had and then get to see her for less than 5 minutes.
