The reason being for my 2 star rating is due to the lack of professionalism, organization, and accountability from the front desk receptionists and office/financial manager. I've been calling once or twice every week for a month, going on about 2 months now, regarding a copayment refund. Back story is: I've already paid for my copayment by sending out a check through the mail. They sent me a statement letter so I paid what I owed. By my follow up visit, the receptionist still charges me for the first visit. I told her that I sent in a check already. Blah blah, she said she has to contact her manager about it. So with my stupidity, I told her I'll pay for it in cash now to get it out of the way BUT DO NOT process the check please because I don't have enough money in my checking. Literally, few days later (note: during business hours on a weekday) they STILL processed my check WHICH causes me to have a negative balance PLUS an overdraft fee. So much for putting so much trust in this… practice. Anyways, every time I call, it's either ignored or the receptionist tells me the same thing every time that she has to contact her manager because she's out office and can't reach her. By the third week, the receptionist tells me her manager is on vacation. Vacation. Wow. What kind of a manager is this who doesn't show up at work? I asked her to give me her manager's contact info but denies of it because she's “not allowed to”. By the fourth week, my patience is already VERY low so I show up in the office. The receptionist tells me, oh she'll be back by Monday. Ohh it’s only 2 days away so let's wait a little longer because being angry now will make no changes to the situation. I call in that Monday morning asking if her manager is in, then she tells me oh yeah uhm she'll be in by 3. This office closes at 5 and your manager only comes in at 3pm? Some good management. Give it about 20 minutes, receptionist calls me back telling me her manager said my refund should be at my house by the end of this current week. Here I am, still waiting at the end of the week, and STILL NO REFUND CHECK. Someone from Ebay, in China, has had better and faster refund process than this office. After years of being with Dr. Marcelo Andreoli, it only takes one event and a few people to ruin that. Thanks, because I'm not coming back next time. I'll go where my money is worth more and the quality is better.

He is the best OBGYN doctor in Northern Virginia. I have been having problems with fibroids for years and none of the doctors I went knew what to do. As soon as I saw Dr Andreoli and talked to him, I knew I was in the right place. He did all the testing in the office, from blood test (the lab people is right there to make it convenient for me not having to go to a draw station!) and he also did ultrasound to see the fibroids. He explain to me that I need surgery and that he could do it with a laparoscopy so he did not have to open my tammy like in a big surgery and the recovery time was much faster. He performed the surgery and I went home the next day. What a difference! He removed the fibroids and my pelvic pain is gone! I feel so good thanks to him. None of the other doctors ever offer me this kind of surgery. They only gave me pills to deal with the pain. Highly recommend Dr Andreoli and his staff. They are the best!!!!

He was so so rude when he came to check on me after my delivery time, I was very very tired I can't walk even and he told me to stand up and walk. My blood test was very low because I lost to much blood on the delivery and he was giving me orders when I was not able to walk or even standing.

First of all / this dr. Is too rude, does not know how to talk to the patient and he does not know how to respect patient. He need to know that first befor he got to be a doctor. Second he is not a professional at all he told me to not take my medication and I did but that was so wrong my other dr. Says I should keep taking my medication. When he came to check me in labor before even he touch me , he said c section....how come????? Not recommended to anyone just stay a way from that office. He does not deserve even a one star if I can I will put him with no star at all.

First off let me start by saying I only had to wait that long because I was super early! Dr. Andreoli was super! I couldn't find a babysitter at the last minute and he didn't care that my son was there. In fact he told me that he could stay there with me or he would have his a nurse watch him if I wanted to. He checked me out thoroughly and even scheduled me to come in for an ultrasound just to make sure that everything was "working" properly! Overall I had an amazing experience, not the least bit uncomfortable!

My experience with Doctor Andreoli was above my expectations. He was very nice during my visit and provide me with top care for my condition. He has a very well equiped office and offers many procedures that I was not able to get with other doctors before. He seems very well trained and knows what he is doing. The best part of his office is that they do everything right there and then from the blood work to ultrasound and even sterilizations in less than 20 minutes, without having to go to a different lab or hospital. I was very impress with him and his staff and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
