Dr. Ha Kirsten Do, MD

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Do. From the moment she walked into the room, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Without even examining me properly, her first remark was, “You have the rash because you’re fat. Fat people get rashes.” I am a woman that weighs 140 lbs at 5’4. I would not consider myself overweight. Medical guidelines place me in the normal weight category. I was shocked not only by the insensitivity of her comment but also by the complete lack of bedside manner. It felt like she had already made up her mind before even hearing my concerns or looking at my condition. Everyone deserves respectful, compassionate care—regardless of body size. I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and still without answers. I would not recommend this provider to anyone seeking thoughtful or thorough dermatological care.

She is great and caring. She listened to all my concerns and involved me in choosing the best care plan that fulfills all my needs. I recommend her to all my family members and friends because I trust her care!
