Dr. Hadar Hermoni Waldman, MD

I hardly write reviews online, but this experience unfortunately stuck with me and I feel it is necessary for others to know. I was extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Waldman’s care. Her office is rude and her communication is very poor. Despite paying a significant amount out of pocket for her private services, she did not make herself easily available to address questions and concerns. She also requires that you supply her with all the necessary equipment to perform her own procedure. She was inflexible with scheduling and spent nearly the entire time we met with her talking about herself. She is self-absorbed and not at all patient-centered - qualities that you hope no doctor would have. I was very disappointed in her care and will not be returning or recommending her to others going forward.

I was very hopeful about Dr Waldman but found her professionalism and expertise to be lacking- I'm sharing this so other women in their 40s and fellow endometriosis sufferers are not $350 out of pocket for a lackluster experience. Firstly she kept me waiting over an hour, prioritising a celebrity client over me with not even the basic manners to ask her staff to apologise she was late. My request was to have tests for my fertility and to examine my irregular cycle. She instead scoffed at the idea I could get pregnant, pushed hormonal birth control despite me explaining a troubled history with it and went off on several tangents. She then made some wild statements in the middle of my exam such as asking my parents to fund IVF, told me there are "lots of ways to be a mother, one of my patients adopted and the baby even looks like her". She seemed desperate to throw information at me that was irrelevant and incapable of listening, in the end I felt so shocked I couldn't even protest.… She seemed genuinely half crazed and I left the appointment feeling violated. Regarding endometriosis she spouted out of date theories about retrograde menstruation and then offered me orlissa and lupron both extreme drugs which are highly unsuitable for my condition. I sincerely hope to spare other women a terrible experience with this doctor and will be reporting her actions to the medical board.

Dr. Waldman impressed me from my first appointment with her. I immediately felt that she genuinely cared about her patients based on the amount of time she spent with me discussing my health. I went on to experience an extremely difficult and high risk pregnancy, and she was an incredibly committed and skilled doctor from her medical advice and to her bedside manner. I trust her completely and highly recommend her.
