Dr. Hajirah Afridi, DMD

Dr. Afridi has always been drawn to dentistry for its unique blend of art and science. With a natural passion for both technical skill and creative expression, she finds it deeply rewarding to make a lasting, positive impact on her patients’ lives.

Her journey in dentistry has been shaped by a rich blend of international experiences and specialized training, giving her a distinctive perspective on patient care. Born in the United States and raised partly abroad, Dr. Afridi earned her first dental degree in 2012, followed by a 4-year residency in orthodontics that gave her a strong foundation in the complexities of dental care. After returning to the U.S., she attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she was honored to be named to the Dean’s List throughout her program.

Although she has specialized training in orthodontics, Dr. Afridi has found a true passion for general dentistry. She enjoys the variety and challenges it brings, as well as the opportunity to care for …patients of all ages. She is also certified in Botox therapy, including its use for TMJ-related issues and headaches, which allows her to offer a more comprehensive approach to patient care.

Known for her gentle touch and compassionate chairside manner, Dr. Afridi strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel truly cared for. She values building long-lasting relationships and considers it an honor to be part of her patients’ journeys to healthier, brighter smiles.

Outside the office, Dr. Afridi is a devoted wife and proud mother of three young children. Her husband, also a dentist at Ideal Dental, shares in her passion for dentistry and family life. Together, they enjoy navigating the joys and adventures of raising their little ones.
