The staff at this clinic is very inconsistent with the information they provide! The medical assistant and other office workers need to be on the same page when giving information out to patients and their families! I have never been so angry with a doctors office before in a time of need! Instead of making the disability claim processes easy, they want to ring you through all the hoops! First, they provide information that you are able to pay for the disability document for after its been filled out by the doctor at pick up. Then they call you saying that it needs to be paid for before or else the doctor will not complete the form.. Which is fine.. but its frustrating to be told otherwise prior to.. really making things confusing! I wish the staff was better at communicating information about patients to one another before relaying the information to the patient and confusing them on what the proper protocol is. Currently, its just a bunch of he said she said with a blurred truth. I… hope this review can help the office staff learn better corporation and communication skills. I have never dealt with such inconsiderate staff who seem to not care about the patients well being. Its their job to make things easy for the patients and get them the care they need in a timely manner.
