In 2013 Dr. Farhat saved my life. On a Tuesday evening I was having an MRI done, Wed 7am I was going in for brain surgery. I met Dr. Farhat briefly. After the procedure he introduced himself, properly, as he claimed. He explained in great detail what had happened, what was done. MANY of the medical personnel had told me repeatedly I had the best brain surgeon in the business and that I was darned 'lucky" I survived. In the past 7 years I have met 3 people who had a similar surgery. To this day they are experiencing painful side effects as a result of this surgery. Me? I'm good as gold. Dr. Farhat knew what he was doing. He not only saved my life, he ensured my quality of life after the surgery. Can't thank you enough Dr. Farhat.

Dr. Farhat and his medical team are extremely Patient Centered. From consult to procedure to full recovery, they explain everything and keep you in the loop. I treasure the honesty and reality the team discussed every option with. Several of my other doctors were relieved when I told them Dr. Farhat and his team were doing my procedure, and all said he would be their first choice if they required any type of spinal care.

The doctor and all of his assistants in the office, emergency room in the hospital everyone is very helpful and concerned about your health.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. 2 years ago I had a lumbar fusion done and Dr Farhat place the rod on my nerve and when I woke from surgery my right leg was in such excruciating pain. That evening he rushed me back into surgery a 2nd time cut me open to move the rod off my nerve. This is something that should never have happen in this day and age especially with the technology we have.

Dr. Farhat is wonderful. His bedside manner is wonderful and he has a caolming affect on the situation. My spine is twisted and this is not a "normal" thing. I trust him completely and I am awaiting surgery.

Best neurosurgeon! Very thorough, has the patience of a saint, calming demeanor which is important for patients such as myself. His staff admires him and adores him. I would highly recommend him and have recommended him to others.
