Dr. Hamed Sajjadi, MD

This office has the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever seen and talked to. He might be the best in his field but his front desk is the worse when it comes to the patient care and client care.

Dr Sajjadi was very good for my 9 year old daughter who developed severe ear infections that my pediatrician could not handle. When we walked in to make an appointment, the staff was very courteous and asked the doctor if he would be willing to see us after his scheduled appointments. To my amazement, he was and saved my daughter further pain and discomfort if she had been made to wait and saved me another 40 minute drive. The wait time did not matter to us and was worth it as Dr Sajjadi accurately diagnosed and treated the problem and had great bedside manner, guiding my daughter through something that was obviously scary and uncomfortable. We would definitely recommend this doctor and found his support staff to be similarly kind. Both staff and doctor followed up with phone calls to ensure my daughter was responding to treatment which was most appreciated. Rarely have a doctor who did this.

20 minutes on hold to make an appointment. Hard to get an appointment. Staff overwhelmed and as a result not friendly. Making fun of patients they talked to on the phone within ear shot of waiting room. They keep calls on hold saying other callers and then either chit chat or do other things. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Dr Sajjadi is great but needs better support staff.

really like the doctor.the wait times are too high even with an appointment.the office staff is not very prompt responding to queries but they are very courteous.

Dr Sajjadi is a great doctor. He shows great care for his patient. He takes time to explain the problem. His staffs are friendly and helpful. They all make you feel comfortable and being taken care of. I strongly recommend the doctor.
