I recently had an Panniculectomy with muscle tightening and I could not be happier with my results! I am just shy of two weeks post-op from a most wonderful "Mommy Makeover" surgery, which entailed a full tummy tuck with muscle repair, liposuction of the flanks and abdomen, and finally, a breast augmentation with lift. One would think that after a rather exhaustive procedure, a patient would be in quite a significant amount of pain and discomfort. I am beyond pleased (thrilled rather!) to report that my recovery has exceeded my wildest expectations, and this all due to the exceptional work at the hands of Dr. Hamid Abdollahi, his dedicated team and the caring staff at Centennial Surgery Center. Understandably, I was quite anxious prior to my procedure, but Dr. Abdollahi, as well as his Physician Assistant and Nurse, thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions and addressed each of my concerns, no matter how exhausting. The day of surgery, Dr. Abdollahi matched my nervousness with enthusiasm and positivism ("This is going to be fantastic!" he said, as he marked up my… torso in the O.R., quickly putting my mind at ease.) To help manage my pain, Dr. Abdollahi expertly injected Exparel, a long-acting anesthetic, into the operated muscles during surgery, which, to my delight, eliminated the need for any (I repeat, zero!) prescription pain medication post-op. I was thrilled to only need Advil, Tylenol and, of course, good old-fashioned rest, to get me through that first week, the toughest recovery time period. Dr. Abdohllahi and his nurse frequently checked on me that week, by phone and email, to make sure that I was comfortable and healing well. Then arrived the moment when I was able to take a peek at my new body. It was truly "Christmas Morning" for this 40 year old mom of three little boys, as I could hardly believe my own reflection in the mirror. Although I've always been mindful of my diet and I exercise very regularly, I simply could not seem to rid myself of the loose, saggy skin, the lack of muscle elasticity and, of course, the somewhat deflated breasts left to deal with the aftermath of pregnancy and nursing. Well, ladies, no more! Mirrors do not lie and the youthful body of my 20's had returned, even with the usual post-op swelling. Dr. Abdollahi had contoured my waist beautifully, performed a natural and tasteful breast augmentation using a silicone implant above the muscle, eliminated all of my abdomen stretch marks, and created a beautiful, natural-looking belly button (a misshapen belly button can often be the tell-tale sign of a tummy tuck, but not with Dr. Abdhollahi- he created a belly-button that is infinitely better than my old one.) I know how absolutely hard it can be for us Moms to put ourselves first, and how the decision to have plastic surgery can often be wrought with guilt, fear and anxiety. Placing my trust in Dr. Abdollahi's surgical expertise, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail was one the best thing's that I have ever done for myself. If you are teetering on the edge of this big jump, trust yourself in Dr. Hamid Abdollahi's care- you will not regret it.

Dr. Abdollahi performed a revision of a previous breast construction done by a different plastic surgeon. I am very satisfied with the outcome! Dr. Abdollahi is a very kind and talented doctor. I wish that I had met him earlier in my cancer diagnosis. I can't say enough good things about him!

I had gastric bypass in 2008 and finally in 2014 decided I wanted to get breast implants. I was recommend by a co workers to go see Dr. Abdollahi. At the last minute I also decided to liposuction on my abdomen and communicating with him was easy. I am extremely happy with his work and my results. Dr. Hamid Abdollahi works with Dr. Topham at the Fox Chase Cancer Center, their speciality is plastic surgery and reconstruction. Dr. Topham is the head of this department. I am now in the process of reconstruction plastic surgery after my cancer was removed through a radical neck resection performed by Dr. Ridge. My cancer would have eventually taken my life, and ruined my familie's way of life, Dr Topham and Dr Abdollahi in conjunction with Dr. Ridge, removed that threat. When my cancer was first diagnosed I felt my life was over, my wife and I were devestated. When meeting with Dr. Ridge, and Dr. Topham, we became more hopeful that these men could change our lives, and they did. During my ordeal Dr. hamid Abdollahi was very involved in all aspects of my ongoing teatment. He exudes confidence, knowledge, and a genuine caring for his patients. He helped to removed any anxiety or doubt that my wife and I had about our situation. Dr. Ridge, Dr. Topham, and Dr. Abdollahi and… their staff gave my wife and I a gift, to live my life cancer free. It is very difficult to find the words to thank these men for giving me and my family an opportunity to go on living a longer and cancer free life. These men have a very unique purpose in life, they save lives and improve the quality of the lives of people they treat.
