Dr Fala takes the time and cares about his patients.

Dr. H Fala is one of the better doctors I've seen in the 66 years I have been going to doctors. His staff are not so great since after the pandemic started. Is that because of shortages in his offices, I don't know. He has 2 locations, one on Meeker Rd and the other on Thunderbird. At this moment I have been trying to renew a prescription for my blood pressure. The pharmacy has called his office, I have called his office, all I can do is leave a message, no live person will come to the phone. Good thing I'm not dieing.

Called six times to speak with his office manager about a payment I sent. Left message 4 times and spoke with receptionist 2 time. Never received a call back. Dr ordered 4 prescriptions. Staff ordered them at 2 different pharmacies. Good Dr. bad staff!

Dr. Fala is a capable and caring individual. So why is there such a disconnect with his staff.? It is not unusual to wait five to six or more days for a prescription refill. Dr., are you not receiving the order promptly or do you ignore the request? Either way Dr., this does remain your problem with the staff.

Does not respect your time, his office is run very poor, first visit over 2 hours late, second visit 45 minutes late and I left so I dont know how long it would have need. If you need medical advice call a friend because he sucks

This is your Doctor if you dont mind waiting an hour or so for your appointment. Waited an hour for my original appointment and then left as I was the sole caregiver for my wife that day and couldn't leave her alone any longer. Received a call from Dr. Fala while driving back home. He said to come in anytime that day and let his staff know I was there and he would see me right away. Came back at 4pm. Notified staff I was there. Sat in waiting room another 20 minutes before being called back to exam room. Waited another 10 minutes. Heard Dr Fala leave one room and enter another, not mine. So, either the Dr. didn't know I was there due to having incompetent staff or doesn't keep his word. I lean towards the incompetent staff as I have had other issues with prescriptions not being sent etc. Not everyone in SCW is retired Dr. Fala and not everyone has hours to spend waiting to see you. I think you overbook your appointments so I will help you ease your patient load by finding… another Doctor.

He's been my primary care doctor for over a year now, and I can't find a single thing to complain about. Guess that makes him a darn good doctor in my book. He listens, advises and seems to really care about me as his patient. If you are in the market for a doctor, you would have to go a far piece to find a better one.......

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Fala for the first time with an office visit. He is a true professional and I am going to use him as my primary Doctor I was so impressed! His knowledge, patience, understanding and care were perfect! Great job!!!

He doesn't ask how you are feeling, he's in it for just the money. His waiting room if over flowing with patients.. Doesn't send you or give you copies of your medical test.. forgets to give you prescriptions, orders for laboratory tests ectera. He doesn't remember your history or bothers to look it up. He greatly has his staff over book his appointments. He definitely is not concerned with your health. He doesn't Ever follow up with you, doesn't check to make sure that he has given you your paperwork for tests and prescriptions.

I have been to many Doctors in my days, and I was very impressed with Dr. Fala and his ability to diagnose, and the time he took with both me and my husband who did have what we first thought to be very serious. He immediately had referrals to specialists and very thorough bloodwork was ordered on the spot. When I returned for myself, he immediately recognized me and asked how my husband was doing, and this was in the hallway, before I had seen him that day.
