I recently visited Citrus Family Dental for an emergency and was extremely disappointed with the service. Not only did they fail to inform me that they wouldn't be able to treat me because they were busy. but they also fail to conduct a thorough examination, possibly overlooking crucial issues with my dental health. I will not be returning to this dentist and would not recommend them to others seeking reliable dental treatment.

Great dentist. We have used Dr Tran when she was at another location. Great people skills, Very conservative and skilled dentist. Just wish she accepted my insurance.

Dr. Tran has been my dentist for 6 years and I just love her. All of a sudden she disappeared and the staff at Christie Dental wouldn't tell me where she went. They kept saying they wanted to schedule my appointment to one of the other offices in Ocala. Well I found out she opened her own practice down the road called Citrus Family Dentistry. I had to go to my insurance provider directory and it had her listed at 2300 E. Norvell Bryant, Hernando, Florida 34442. I'm so glad I found her again.

My daughter actually gets excited when she has an appointment with Dr. Tran or her staff. They take the time to speak with her before they do anything and truly care about HER experience and comfort. They are encouraging to her when she has done a good job inbetween visits and they are honest with her when she has missed the mark a little. As a mother, I appreciate that going to the dentist is not a traumatic experience for my daughter!

I was nervous about this visit. I left with my confidence restored that I am getting proper care. I feel confident that Dr. Tran of Christie Dental will do her best for me and make me comfortable with a treatment plan. She totally made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns.

With this office, my family and I actually enjoy going to the dentist. We are so glad to have such a great option for dental care in our community. We all absolutely love Dr. Tran and her staff!!
