excuse me but how did this doctor bill my mom's medicare when she never say this doctor?

HE IS GREAT. He took his time talking to my mother and understanding her chronic medical conditions. He explained everything in simple terms that we all understood.

I fainted near the west side highway in NYC and I was taken to near by hospital. I met this young and very professional physician. He spent a lot of time discussing my condition, and explaining medical managment. Iintially, I wanted to leave the ER, but meeting such smart doctor with great medical knowledge got me to stay. I met Dr Judeh at NYHQ as he saw my father in the ER. He took his time to speak with my father, and myself. He showed a lot of professionalism and great caring. My father was seen by 3 other physicians in the last 6 months, and we were never able to diagnose his medical problem. Dr Judeh reviewed all his studies that were done outside, and took his time speaking with our family physican. Finally, he was able to diagnose the problem accuratly.
