Dr. Hania Alaidroos, MD

It was a very disappointing consultation. She charged me for a series of examination that she did not do and then put a wrong primary code for insurance. Insurance company declined it. So I had to pay a lot of money for nothing. When I asked her about it she wanted to cut the cords. Trust me after this I am never going back. I will not recommend her to anyone as well

She is listed as in network for my insurance. I went to see her and she denied it but said she could accept me and refund my insurance when it finished going though. A month later she was no longer on that list. She fled the list any kept my money. I had to go deep into credit card debt to pay for her to write me a prescription that turned out to be for the wrong thing later. Worst doctor I’ve ever visited

Back in 2008 I went to Dr. A and really liked her. She seemed sincere and genuinely interested on what we were discussing. I had just started having bad issues with high blood pressure so I was concerned and scared so I panicked a lot, I will admit that. I had blood gushing from my nose daily and had been in the ER several times and had been given all kinds of different blood pressure medicine which none was working so I was very sick. I found Dr. A and decided to go to her. The main problem that I had was her staff was rude and would not let me speak with the Doctor ever, I tried calling and they would say no she was too busy and they would try to help me and did not have any answers. I was out of Diovan medicine and my Husband tried to reach her for me and the woman in the office was extremely rude and said that my call was not an emergency and it was the weekend. That we could call back Monday, this was Friday evening. My health was a major concern as without the medicine… my nose would bleed again and my blood pressure would go sky high. We were told that we would receive a call back later, we never did and my Husband called back by this time he was very upset as was I. Still the runaround. The next thing we receive is a Letter to both of us stating that she would no longer see us as Patients. I have never had any Doctor tell me that they were dropping me as a Patient. I felt it was rude and insulting. And I was truly saddened by this as I felt Dr. A and I had a very good rapport. My Husband was her Patient also and he was why I decided to go to her because he really liked her and told that he thought she was a good Doctor. 2) The wait is a little long but that is not unusual for a good Doctor. So we really did not mind that. 3) They did constantly push for blood test and EKG and at that time I did not have health Insurance then so it was just too expensive. But my main concern was the Office staff were terrible and when I would be sitting in the waiting room I would hear the woman talk really rude to Patients that had called. Hopefully by now she has a total new staff of people.

Besides always having to wait for long periods of time past your appointment, you will also find out that she will push for you to have things done that you don't need done. I went in for blood work for a specific thing and she was pushing for a physical. I had already had multiple physicals from other doctors, but she wouldn't take no for an answer. I finally caved because there is no sense in sitting there arguing with her. She did the minimum on the physical and drew the blood. I got the blood results back and guess what. She didn't even check for the specific things we had discussed. This lady needs to get a reality check. She is employed by the patient not the other way around. Way to go Hania, you are now one of the worst most ridiculous doctors. You are a joke. Try listening to what your patient needs and not what you want.

I don't make appointments to waist my time and that is what I felt like I did. After 3 visits and a few calls daily with no return call after a weeks time, I decided to fire this Dr. and get a new one. Not to mention she was belligerent with me on my last visit because she stated her staff lost my important results and I had to take the tests all over again and I let her know that I was not pleased to do all of the testing again and she told me if I was not happy that I can find another Doctor. Then she ended up reading the results wrong and I didn't have to take the test again. I have never had a Doctor tell me to find another one instead of working out the issue.

Dr. A was very attentive and caring. I appreciated the time she spent discussing my symptoms and the possible treatments. Very thorough! Loved the follow-up phone call! Definitely recommend her.

This was a completely different experience than what I'm used to when visiting a doctor. Most places make you feel like the physician is rushing through. the wait seemed a little long, but once the doc came in Isaw why. Dr. A is very thorough, she took her time to address ALL of my questions and didn't make me feel like she needed to rush over to the next patient. it was about me. If you want quality service come here, if you simply want to go through the motions and feel like cattle go elsewhere. ive scheduled my 6 month follow up for sure!

Awesome doctor. Office was not busy at all and took excellent care of me. I was in and out fast. Had a bad throat infection.

I went to dr A's because of a referral given to me by a coworker. I went in at 2:30 (my appointment time) and was put in one of the exam rooms. I waited there until almost 4:00. Then the doctor comes in and spent literally 60 seconds with me. I was there because of my terrible cough and sore throat. After the 60 second exam Dr. A said it was probably strep, wrote a prescription for antibiotics and sent me on my way. Nothing to even help the cough, which I have had for almost 3 weeks. Now 3 days later and my cough is worse and throat hurts so bad I cannot sleep. Just seemed like the dr did not care at all and wanted me to leave quickly.

I love this lady. She is a very sharp doctor... I would recommend the world to her...
