Dr. Hanish Sethi

Wish I would have read his reviews before a nurse in the same company recommended him. DO NOT USE HIM. Waits till i'm 3/4 of the way thru the $20 min appt which costs $495 to tell me that he can't and won't provide me with an actual writeup as I requested. Specically add that he TOLD me to my notes that he couldn't do that. after I let him know initally why I was seeking the appointment. Immediately charged, then I find the basic writeup, and he tells me he's 1-referring me to someone that actually could help, and 2- oh ya.. they cost $2800 for the tests, and says in a document where spelling isn't even a thing in the English language that it looks like a 2-year-old created the document. So I paid for a service for almost $500, which means Nothing, and I can't use it. So good on ya doc for ripping people off.

Dr. Sethi is one of the WORST psychiatrists you'll ever meet. RUN! He has terrible bedside manners. My concerns about my medication not functioning or the challenges I'm having with my mental health have gone unheard. He is in the wrong line of work because he lacks compassion and lack of care. He billed my insurance for a full appointment, however the MOST time he spent with me via Telehealth was 6 minutes. My anxiety, panic attacks, and despair are at an all-time high. I beg for assistance through the patient portal, yet I am ignored. To make matters worse, his workplace and the employees is just as awful. They never verified my insurance before my appointments and had terrible communication. They blame you for the things that they didn't perform correctly. Margaretd Morgan, my therapist, is the one person who is truly excellent. She listens, takes notes, and is very honest and direct in a compassionate manner. Dr. Sethi should be avoided at all costs. Get help somewhere else. Today… I had an appointment and called to pay my copay. When I was unable to login to their Telehealth app, I contacted the office and explained my situation. The employee offered a phone visit, which I accepted, but she later phoned me back and stated Dr. Sethi refused to do so. Keep in mind that this appointment is to discuss why my psych medicine, which I expressed via patient portal a few weeks ago, that it isn't working. He still wouldn't see me for my appointment that I waited weeks for. He doesn't care about your mental health, and he doesn't pay attention to your concerns about the medication's negative effects.

My son was hospitalized due to a suicide attempt. While involuntary hospitalized he was repeatedly over medicated. The adolescents are in bed by 8 pm, Dr Sethi had them all woken up at 9:30 pm so he could assess them. My son was discharged after 3 days, with no instructions to see THEIR therapist and psych, even after being told multiple times that my son already had a care team in place. No mention of intensive inpatient or outpatient care. I would NOT recommend anyone seeing Dr. Sethi.

He asked me how was Zoloft working for me even though I stopped taking it because of side effects. He made a judgment based on simple keywords. I mentioned "anger" and "mood swings" and he automatically gave me medicine for bipolar disorder that didn't work at all for me. He charged $300 for 8 minutes of session where we don't reach a diagnose at all.

He does not listen and does not care he doesn’t even pay attention. He’s very very rude and very prideful stay away from him

I booked an appointment with this Doctor because my insurance said that he is a doctor covered under my plan. The day before my appointment they called to confirm my appointment for the 3rd time (twice by email, once by phone) once they realized I was black they stated that they don't take my insurance. Mind you, I had already checked and confirmed before making my appointment. Stay away from this racist office.

He will not really listen to what you need. If you're a woman, he will even more so ignore what you say. He ALWAYS says he'll put me in 2 refills and I ALWAYS only get one. So I have to come in again and talk to him again. I can go 2 months without an appointment but he cares more about getting his money I guess. He will drug you to no end. He has me on SO many medications and they aren't working. I will not be returning to see him.

This guy does not evaluate or diagnose. He tries to fabricate and intimidate.He tried to drive a wedge between my wife and I with bold face lying to me of what she actually said to him. He is evil beware !!!! I am currently seeking legal counsel against this horrible man . Over medicated me to the point I spent the next 24 hours in the emergency room

Dr. Sethi wouldn't listen to a word I said. He disbelieved me and I had to have outside people come in and verify my story before he would even consider me. Then he just got up and walked out of the room. He wanted to have me involuntarily medicated based on lies. Scary what kind of power someone like this has. I felt that because I was a woman who was standing up for myself he dug in his heels and wouldn't listen. Like he felt threatened by me or something. I almost had to go to court to defend myself against him. It was a nightmare.

Dr Sethi didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in the room. He doesn't listen. He makes up things and claims you said them. He doesn't give a hill of beans for how you feel and when you try to tell him how you feel, he invalidates you and calls you a liar.
