Dr. Hannah L Lai

Dr. Lai is very thorough and compassionate. I recently changed Dr to be under her care and I am totally pleased.

I'm fortunate to have Dr. Lai as my Internal Medicine Dr. Dr. Lai is so easy to talk with and has a very caring nature yet so professional. She always has time to listen to my health needs & concerns. She is always very proactive to make sure I have the medial care needed. The office staff are very friendly and her nurse, Dena, is a great asset to her practice.

Wait times are long once you get in the exam room. Nurse takes forever, then dr comes in and you repeat everything. Expect to be there one to two hrs, and only get to see the dr about 15 minutes. Nurse is very slow to call back, usually not until the next day. Would not recommend. Dr Lai is a nice lady, but that doesn’t make for a good overall patient experience.

Dr. Lai has treated me for 6-7 years. She is professional, warm and very caring. Her medical knowledge is superb, she will find out what is wrong with you and will find solutions. She discusses your care with you, does not dictate at you. She HEARS you and treats each patient with a holistic attitude, she cares about your entire life situation, not just what you present in that one particular visit. I cannot say enough about this smart, caring doctor. Dr. Lai is just a Great Doctor. I have and would follow her anywhere she might go. She is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of doctor and you won’t want to see any other doctor. Her office staff, especially Deanna, are exceptional. They make you feel as though you are the only patient.

Dr. Lai listens well and addresses concerns with appropriate answers/strategies. Doctoring is an art. She does it well.

Got right into the meeting, covering her concerns and procedures. She is picking up greatly where Dr. Treweeke left off.

Dr. Hannah Lai MD; has tremendous knowledge in her profession, she is very attentive with excellent bedside manners. A doctor who really cares about her patients. A doctor with a lot of warm words.

If your looking for a very nice doctor who will take the time to listen and discuss the problem you have with your medical condition no matter if it's lab work down to X-ray that's Dr.Lai. She is the kind of doctor that gives you the care and reminds you of a good old country doctor with the training and medical skills of the 21st century. Simply put she's great also a thumbs up for her nursing staff.

Dr. Hannah saved my life. I'm not sure what could I say more positive than that. The fact she is thorough and doesn't just listen, but hears what I am saying has made all the difference in my health care.
