I appreciate Dr. Vu and her staff members for their professionalism and great customer service. Dr. Vu has been really knowledgable and patient to explain specific procedures/PRP injections to me. I am grateful to her staff member, Jenny, who is always friendly and helpful. When I first came to the office, I felt hesitant to do the PRP injections. After talking to Jenny, I felt more confident and just wanted to have the PRP injections done soon. Make sure you come over and ask to see Jenny (staff), I believe she definitely will help and accommodate your visit the best. My PRP injections consist of 3 visits/treatments and the results have been great: My skin is healthy and bright now. Melasmas has been much fading. PRP method is not only helpful for my melasmas but also for other areas on the face since Dr. Vu treated many other spots besides my melasma spots. My complexion is great now and the make up on the skin makes my face look way more natural, which was not like that before the… treatment. Thank you so much, Dr. Vu, Jenny, and other staff members. Highly recommend. The prices can’t beat.

DR Hannah By and her staff bribe patients for good reviews by offering a Starbucks card. But you have to show the positive review first. A little underhanded ALDO she waters down the Botox with saline thsts why do .any people complain that the botox injections she does don't work.

Be careful...part of Q1W Web Sales for which I was SCAMMED by Sale of Cosmetics SOLS & Endorsed by Dr. Vu. Be CAREFUL of these THIEVES.

Why oh why did I not read all these reviews before I came to see Dr. Hanna Vu?!! All I can say is beware! She does not care about her patients or their needs! All she cares about is the $$ and short term. I have had botox several times, and decided to get a deal with groupon at Hanna Vu's office. I have never if my life brushed from getting botox, but Dr. Hanna Vu made me look like I got in a fist fight! I have never had ANYONE use such force when injecting me! No wonder she has to use Groupon to get new clients.....because NO ONE ever goes back! Avoid this doctor at all costs. If you don't, you will be sorry!

I would never recommend Hannah Vu. I should have read the reviews first. All the bad reviews you read a certainly true. She tries to up-sell you to fix "all your flaws" and gets mad when you don't agree to buy more than you came in for. It is clear that when she makes mistakes, or patients get poor results, she does not take any responsibility or feel any compassion. I had a simple Botox injection, and left with a huge black eye that lasted weeks. She did not try to compensate me in any way. Any amount of discount would have shown good faith, but she would not budge. She should not be allowed to be in the medical field with such terrible bedside manner.

My experience with Dr. Vu was horrible!! She is all about the money, she does not care for her patients at all. She is very pushy and rude. I went to her for a laser procedure which she said would remove some moles I had. She burnt my skin with the laser so bad that it left keloid scars. It took so long to heal. It has been a few years since the procedure and my scars are still very visible. I'm so upset with Dr. Vu!! She is a lousy Doctor! I will never go back to her, she did nothing right. She only wants your money. All those good reviews written are most likely written by her staff to make her look better.

It was horrible! It is a nightmare comes true. I went in for breast implant about 22 months ago. I was not sure at first if I want to do this. The doctor and her staffs were sweet and "super nice"; they convinced me that I should do this. The doctor guaranteed me that it will be perfect. After the surgery, one of my breasts is higher than the other one. The doctor told me that it would get better. However, it did not; after 22 months, the left one it is moving toward my left under arm, and every time I run, my left arm hits my own breast. I went back to the doctor about six months ago; she told me "There is nothing I can do to fix it. It got worst, I went back to see her again today, and she told me "It's nothing wrong with this; I did everything that I supposed to do ... I can redo to lower the profile... you will have to pay again ..." I told her that I had consultation with two other doctors, and they told me that I should come back to you to redo it. I told her that I… should not have to pay because it was not my fault. She said nothing at first, and then she said, "You will not get service from me again."
