Wonderful doctor. Very courteous and professional.

Always pre-occupied

Transferred over after Dr. Cummings left the practice. So far she has forgotten several matters, failed to submit two prescriptions, and just isn't as good at managing bad allergies as Dr. Cummings was. It may be unfair to compare doctors, but I wouldn't highly recommend Walford.

Do not ever call her if she is the after hours doctor at Menlo medical allergy clinic. She will complain to you that she is going to bed and/or pregnant. She did not even listen to what I had to say, she interrupted me and assumed I was just calling for a simple rash. That was not the case. My son was having an allergic reaction to a medication given to him earlier in the day, from another md. I took a guess on what to give him from over the counter meds, after she verbally harassed me on the phone. I gave him the wrong thing, which caused his reaction to worsen. She harassed me on the phone and basically said never to call. The doctors at the emergency center and the doctors at the specialty clinic where this happened were in shock how I was treated. Me too.

She has really helped my son with food allergies!

Very thorough and nice doctor. She really took time to listen and addressed our concerns about our son.
