I got an appointment at 1:00 pm, rushing all morning and taking both of my daughters with me connected to their class from their cell phones. When I got there a rude and with an attitude assistant told me I wasn’t booked for today and then she told me that they had changed my appointment to 11 am. No one called me to notify the changes, not even to confirm the appointment the day before. The Lady was rude and had a HORRIBLE attitude... I was the one who had to be upset not her ... EN MI VIDA REGRESO a esa oficina ?????????????? PS: 1 ?? is EVEN too much ??

Wrote a previous negative review about office practice, but would like to say it was completely my error. We visited Dr. Lopez today and found he is an excellent physician, young, smart and immediately gave diagnosis. Nurses are efficient, fast and their technology when it comes to checking pacemakers, is above and beyond other doctors in this field. Their office receives electronically the readings of my mother's new pacemaker, without me having to transmit it from my home. Previous physician's office did not have this capability.

We just got to appointment scheduled for 12 noon, rushing all morning. I confirmed appointment yesterday afternoon. When we got there a rude and with an attitude assistant was advising all appointments were canceled due to doctor emergency. I can understand an emergency but I cannot tolerate the lack of consideration of not calling me. My mother is 88 years old. The asst advised she left me a voicemail yesterday (from her cell number). Where is the consideration SHE SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND SPOKEN TO ME PERSONALLY THIS MORNING NOT WAIT TILL PEOPLE GOT THERE. Her excuse:I should have listened to my voicemails. Horrible. Ever since Dr. José Torres left this practice has been in chaos.

Horrible. You'll be dead before get to his appointments.
