Dr. Hanul S Bhandari, MD

Had an awful experience at this office. The staff was so rude and very unprofessional. There were several red flags from the start - including one patient who stormed out while I was in the waiting room. Also, upon check in, I confirmed I would be seeing Dr. Bhandari since I specifically scheduled with him. I told them I didn't want to just meet with a nurse practitioner if I was paying a $100 specialist copay. They said ok. Fast forward an hour and a half, the front office receptionist comes in to my room tell me Dr. Bhandari didn't have any more time in his schedule to see me. I asked for a refund (given the conversation I had in the waiting room) and she said no. I also asked for Dr. Bhandari to call me, she said no. She (Vanessa) then proceeded to talk down to me, she was very very nasty. I've never been treated like this. I'm upset with myself for not reading the reviews earlier. His staff has a reputation for treating patients very poorly. I plan to file a report given they… charged me a specialist copay even though Dr. Bhandari did not see me or oversee any of my care. This was going to be the first time I saw him - sad he didn't care to establish a strong relationship from the get go. I emailed him and called him the next day and got no response. Save yourself from the heartache, trip and $ and go elsewhere.

Dr. Bhandari is fine. His staff is the most negligent we have ever encountered. During a visit, my husband was told his prescription was sent to the pharmacy. It was not. We attempted to call for three days. There was no answer. This is not the first time. He is now going without his medication until we find another provider.

I have been going to Dr Bhandari's office for years and he is very understanding and makes sure he follows up with testing and that you get the help you need to feel normal again

I had a referral to Dr. Hanul Bhandari's office on Lockhill-Selma and after several calls over a period of 3 days I was unable to reach anyone at this office to make an appointment or for general information. After selecting the "New Patient Appointment " on the menu I got a recording saying that no one at that extension was available, so I tried the "General information " selection and was put on a loop of the Menu. I don't understand how a Doctor can operate this way.

Good doctor but horrible staff the insurance lady is a horrible person. She does not know how to do her job. I hope the doctor realizes his staff could make him lose patients

No respnse to phone calls. I tried for 3 weeks to call because my Parkinson issues were getting significantly worse. In 3 weeks I never talk to anyone. Do not schedule an appointment if you require the Front Office to folloiw up. It did not happen in my case.

Stay clear of this place. Very disorganized. They shredded MRI reports that were very important and then asked me to replace them. They drug their feet for days when I needed important testing and then wouldn't return phone calls for days. When I called the office manager to report my concern, he wasn't even competent enough to call me back when he said he would.

Highly recommend doctor and office.

dr bhanderi is the best! i would give more stars if i could. he listens, discusses his thoughts, cares, he orders the right tests, staff is good, rooms are beautiful and welcoming, and i can go on. highly recommend.
