Dr. Hany Mounir Habashy, MD

He has kept us in hospital extra night because he didn't do his job of writing in patient file. All 15 test were negitive but still wouldnt write any thing. Wouldnt answer pages from nurses to discuss discharge. So we will be stuck with a bill for an extra night for absolutley no reason!! Like we have that kind of money to trlhriw around. The hospital will be getting a grievance about him as well.

Very caring and attentive. I feel extremely comfortable with the whole group. Dr Habashy and the NP's Bonnie and Kim are the best providers I have seen in years. I am so glad I found them!

The reason why I'm looking for a new doctor after 20 years is medicare patients get poor care from Dr. Habashy. They never see Dr. Habashy in person even if they are in the hospital. He gives free medication samples to people with insurance, but he doesn't give medicare patients any. It's almost impossible to get medication called in. He doesn't even check your ears when you go in. He wants to see you every 3 months even if you are in perfect health. When they call you with your results, they tell you its good even if it's bad. That's given false results. I would like my results mailed if they can't read. His Nurse Practioner Kimberly is good!!!! Danielle his other Nurse Practioner is not worth a hoot!!!!! UNHAPPY

I've been seeing Dr Habashy for several years and my late husband was his patient also. He took wonderful care of my husband! I asked him to be my doctor based on his care of my husband and I'm glad I did. ALL of his staff is courteous and efficient. I do have to call sometimes to get test results but I suspect I'd have to do that with most any medical office. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great primary care physician.

I saw Dr. Habashy and he asked what I did before I got sick and I told him and he commenced to scold me for doing something I was told to do by a registered pharmacist , To me he acted like a number one smart mouth. I do not want him to be in my presence ever again...

Worst office staff imaginable. No follow thru or follow thru week or 2 later. No one seems to be accountable among the staff. Took 3 trys to get a blood test correctly.

I have been seeing Dr. Habashy for almost a decade. Over that time I have seen his practice grow by leaps and bounds. He now has at least two full time Nurse Practitioner who are very competent and helpful. I also has several interns helping who of course have somewhat limited knowledge, but seem to be closely supervised.My complaint is they extremely sloppy record keeping, and overall practice. When you have lab work done, the will not call you with the results. You have to call them and leave your number on an answering machine. Also, it is very difficult to get through to Dr. Habashy himself. He is over zealous about HEPA rules. My wife called asking him to review my medicine (not to discuss anything, just review) and he still refused to speak with her. All in all, I'm looking for a new doctor with a smaller practice.

I love Dr. Habashy's staff. When ever I have contacted the office I always get a return call, and everyone is always so friendly. The staff and Dr. Habashy have a wealth of information and are always willing to assist you in what ever your needs may be. I am so pleased my daughter was referred to his office.

In the pasted Dr.Habashy had been one of the best DR. that I had ever seen .But in last 2 yr. He has just pushed his patients off.On his NP.It takes weeks for them to get back with you .when you call.the nurse is very good about calling you back.she just cant tell me anything the DR.or NP. still has my chart and has not order test or looked at my lab.This is about 3 weeks after my appt.this office has a very good staf.but there is some questions about Dr.Habashy....and the care of his PATIENTS...New his NP.are very good to see sometimes .but if you are paying to see a DR. than you should see him some .

Our father was in his care for 2 months at our local hospital. He avoided us (family) when he saw us in his room and he had failed to properly read dad's chart upon dad's arrival to hospital. He had to go back, review chart again and appear to "grimace" that we were correct and he was wrong on results. When dad arrived in nursing/rehab facility the nurse there confirmed that our dad's trach and stomach tube were both infected. I understand that the respiratory group and gastrologists is in charge of both of these, but....but if Habashy is assigned to our dad while in the hospital's care, these things should have been addressed promptly by Habashy. When our family members would ask questions or state concernes about our dad's care Habashy would treat us as if we were idiots. It's as if he was asking how dare us ...mere family members even ask questions about our dad's health and progress. By the way, our dad was send there for a 30 day extended care program. He was kept so doped… up on pain meds that he never got to do any rehabilitation. We were less than happy. We are livid!
