Dr. Haoran Yu, MD

I have been married to my wife for 48 years and with all her medical problems, I have never had a doctor stop or give her a medication without the the doctor talking to me first. Well I guess doctor you thinks he is an exception. Here is my concern. Frances has labile hypertension and has been on linsinopril for years for it because she is easily angered and upset which has caused her blood .pressure to go to dangerous levels I asked the nurse to tell Dr U. Not to change,add or stop any of her meds without discussing it with me but he totally ignored my request.

Dr. Yu is competent and accurate in diagnosis. He is not the problem. His office manager, “O”, is horrible. O does not get messages to the doc from the pharmacy. Walgreens tried contact twice and I went to the office once to have the doc call Walgreens. Nope. O never communicated this. O gets very rude very quickly. I had to change an appointment with Yu to accommodate his getting outside labs before the appointment. O’s remarks were just plain rude. Yu would do well to get rid of her before she causes harm to a patient.

Does not wash his hands so maybe fist bump if you are considering Dr. Yu.

When I ask for my medical records to be sent to my new dr., my records were held hostage by a fax machine that had been broken for three weeks. When I requested a copy, I was told I had to pay a $25 fee. This dr. Should not be in business if he cannot afford a fax machine. Terrible client/customer service!!!

Very kind in his approach for medical treatment disorders and sincerely concerned. Very competent and easy to relate to which gives you a very relaxed and trusting atmosphere. His staff is openly friendly and helpful.

I have absolute confidence in Dr Yu. He has resolved all my medical.problems and his bedside manners are the best! I trust him whole hearty as he is a very caring doctor.
