Been going for 40 years. Had what I considered to be an emergency. Went by his office. Told I didn"t have a prayer of seeing him. This is at 10:00 in the morning. Told to go to Ortho to go, which of course isn"t open during the day except weekends. Not happy!

I've been a patient at this office for 17yrs. Never had a bad experience, everyone is friendly. Dr. Rank is not only a great doctor, he's a friend! Outside of medicine, we've laughed& joked and talked about everything you can imagine. He truly cares & takes time to listen about your life. I've met quite a few doctors in my 60yrs. But he's 1 of a kind. I always look forward to my visit with him. God bless him & his staff. James Abbott

My family and I have been patients there for years. Here are the pro and cons about this office. Excellent doctors and clinical staff, always had a good visit. The wait times can be long because they are so busy, but they always have given me same day appointments when needed. Dr. Rank is a very popular doctor so I am willing to wait if I have to.

Dr Rank is the most compassionate and caring doctor. He continued to amaze me. He takes his time with you and cares about your overall health. I would highly recommend having to anyone of any age.

The doctor and nurse practitioner are very good; however, you can expect to wait an hour or more to be seen, and their communication is very poor and staff friendliness leaves much to be desired. There is no portal for test results and so you just have to take their word for it.

Dr. Rank spends a good amount of time talking with each patient. He is a compassionate and knowledgeable Dr with well trained and caring staff. I highly recommend him.
