I just left Dr. Young's office, and it was a waste of my time. Upon my arrival the receptionist was not pleasant or welcoming, but I looked beyond her disposition. I waited 25 minutes before being called to take my vitals. Keep in mind there was no one else in the lobby waiting with me. After my weight, heart rate, and body temperature were recorded on a scratch piece of paper, the nurse asked me a few of the same questions that I completed on my paperwork... recording my responses on another scratch sheet of paper.) Nevertheless, at least I was being attended to, kinda. Eventually I was placed in an examination room where I waited for 45 minutes, unattended as the staff blasted old school R&B. Ultimately I had to leave and request a refund of my copay, as my schedule could no longer accommodate wasting time. Sadly, the nursing staff and receptionist did not find it problematic that I was waiting for such a long time. In fact the young receptionist stated that extended wait times is… common practice at this location. I will definitely switch my primary care doctor.

Great over evaluation of my condition. Works well with staff And other Doctors. I would recommend him after all I was recommended to him.

Does a great job, when he there. I am happy with him.
