Dr. Harish Keshavlal Patel, MD

I felt worse after my appointment then I did before I went. He talked OVER me and treated me very disrespectfully. He said "let me guess, your mommy didn't show you enough attention when you were little?" & laughed at me. Told me I wasn't trying hard enough to feel better (this was the first time I had ever met him). One of the rudest people I have ever met and had zero interest in actually listening to his patients. Run as far away from this doctor as you can.

Does not answer questions. Does not talk to you. Does not respond to your family physician or pharmacy. If he does not see improvement fast enough he does not try a different course of medicine. He drops you as a patient and does not provide enough meds to ween you off of what he put you on. I ended up in the hospital as a result. Do not see this doctor and if you do get a second option and take no drugs that will potentially harm you. Because Dr. Patel will not help you if your in crisis.

Does not listen or care what you say. Talks about him self or what ever he is interested that day. He was a waste of my time.

He threatened to keep me in the psych ward for 3 weeks if I did not voluntarily sign myself in for 2 more days when there was nothing wrong. He should have his license taken away. Very mean & rude. Accidental overdose because of drug interaction.

Terrible bedside manner. Arrogant. Spends most of the time talking. Never listens. He diagnosed me with depression and I spoke for maybe 3 minutes in an hour and a half. But worst of all is that the information he gives is incorrect. I checked a lot of the "facts" he told me in my psychology book, asked 3 different doctors, and a pharmacist EVERYTHING was the opposite of what he said. One thing I can say though is the wait time is nothing. You get right in.
