Dr. Harish S. Rudra, DO

We saw Dr. Rudra and my child was diagnosed with a heart condition that was very new information to us, and therefore he should've provided us with adequate information. Since the appointment, I've learned that the condition is genetic and our whole family should be tested, he said nothing about this. The only thing he gave us was a small drawing of an outline of the heart, no brochures or further information to learn about my child's condition. When presented with new information, you don't always have the right questions to ask on the spot; the dr should know this and give you answers to most common FAQs. The more I learn about it online, the more I'm frustrated at what he didn't tell us. He didn't seem rushed, he just shared very little. He wanted us to follow up in a year. In the meantime, we need information! The office staff, however, were very kind and very prompt.

I've heard that this doctor simply refused to see a sick child, just because they are 15 min late... This is unreal ...
