Dr. Harjoth Singh Malli, MD

When I went in to see him the receptionist informed him that the paperwork was not complete. He said it didn’t matter and he started berating me and telling me that I was addicted to oxygen. He had no one of my records in front of him but he went off on me and left the office without even looking at my paperwork

Dr Malli loves taking in new patients only to brush them off after insurance covers testing and visits. It’s been over a month since my testing and no follow up or review of results. Still waiting to be scheduled for a sleep study that he ADAMANTLY insisted. His office staff is incredibly incompetent, lazy, and negligent. They don’t know anything, nor can explain why results have not been explained or why the sleep study keeps getting “lost” in the computer. The entire practice is dismissive, forgetful, and has no compassion. They can’t even explain why they do not call to schedule a follow up or schedule a sleep study or go over results. I’d like to know what my next steps to take to improve my health and pulmonary issues would be....is this not why I was referred to a “pulmonologist”? I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone. He seems too busy to care, and his office staff have no clue what they should be doing, or just simply do not care.

Very grateful to have a physician in this community with his capabilities. Recognized my children's learning disabilities and growth delays were related to obstructive sleep apnea. They are doing so much better now!

Very competent; first doctor to figure out and explain why my husband is chronically SOB and tired after seeing 5 other specialists!!

Have been to many doctors for trouble breathing, including lung doctors at UCLA and Sansome Clinic. He's the first one to figure out that my immune system is missing antibodies and that's why I get sick. Very kind, and appreciate his help greatly.

my Dr. told me i needed surgery for "cancer in my lung" the surgeon wanted to cut me open of course. My friends told me that Dr. Malli was the best - and they were right! It literally took him less then five minutes to tell me he was sure I had valley fever and to not have surgery - and that's exactly what I had!!

Dr. Malli is the rudest most self serving doctor I have ever met. He ordered a chest xray, but never followed up with the results. Once we called we were brushed off. His staff is incompetent at best too. His behavior is not acceptable of any human being, he has no bedside manor and no compassion. Do yourself a favor and drive the distance to Stanford for a real medical doctor.

I'm grateful that this doctor is in this city. I've been back and forth to doctors offices every where and finally he figured out what my problem was. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it has caused problems with my lungs. He spent a lot of time analyzing my problems and getting back to me about what my blood tests showed. Thankfully i'm on treatment finally.

I have worked worked in the medical fields and I have not seen such unprofessional inefficient and total lack of concern for patient care. I an appointment in which Dr. Malli said my X ray was not good and that I might have caught something from some cockatiel birds that had died. He said he was ordering a CT of my lungs and a breathing test. After 7 working days I called the office because neither appts. had been scheduled to which the office personnel stated she was busy. I waited 14 days and called Blue Sheild because I still had not been scheduled and felt I would go to the hospital because I was reaaly feeling very bad. They gave me an approval and I scheduled my own appointments. I never saw Dr. Malli after either test. A female from his office called and stated that the tests were normal. I asked is there a reason why I am coughing so severly. She said she would relay the message to Dr. Malli. I never spoke or saw Dr. Malli to discuss any tests he ordered and in all… that is discussed on the results the word normal is not once mentioned. It did mention Lung transplant.

Doctor Malli, and staff, were very friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend him.
