?????????? Dr. Harold Bafitis is an exceptional surgeon, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked through the door, both he and his staff made me feel like family. The environment was welcoming, professional, and reassuring every step of the way. Dr. Bafitis is double board-certified and highly skilled, especially in African-American rhinoplasty. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to clearly explain everything, which made me feel confident and well-informed throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was not only his surgical expertise but also his impeccable bedside manner. He is patient, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients’ outcomes and comfort. I strongly recommend Dr. Bafitis to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. He is an amazing physician, very detail-oriented, and delivers excellent results. I am beyond grateful for the care I received.

I had my nose reconstructed after an incident and Dr. Bafitis was fantastic. After my face getting shattered and 1 procedure with him i'm back to being my old beautiful self! Thanks again Doc!.

I don't write many reviews, yet for this doctor and his team I just can't be grateful enough. They have helped me with professionalism and grace from day one. Even my children love coming in with me sometimes. I went to Doctor Bafitis after shopping around for surgeons, and about gave up. I then found out someone I knew saw him, and told me he's an amazing surgeon. This was true, he's a good doctor that cares a lot. From bedside manner to an amazing surgeon. Wish there was a way to give zero stars I had a neck lift and people told me for years I looked worse after the surgery than I did before or other people asked me constantly what kind of accident were you in to get that many scars on your neck and ears .. I am now one week out of reconstructive surgery with a new doctor which is the worst time and I'm just starting recovery and people I've seen says I look better post surgery now than I did pre-surgery and the swelling has not even gone down yet Do your research when you look at Google reviews lineup the lowest stars first you can always read fake reviews that were written by employees .. Just be careful research and shop around

I recently had a breast reduction with Dr. Bafitis and a little more than two weeks after my surgery, I can see just how amazing the results are and surprised that i do not feel more pain than i had thought. I asked that he help take this heavy weight off my chest and not only did he do that and more, but he has given me the back the freedom to live without constant pain in my neck, back and shoulders. Truly grateful. Dr. Bafitis himself is not only the best in his field, he is caring. He REALLY does care and has great pride in his work. Megan and staff are equally as kind and responsive. An amazing experience that i did not anticipate having. Very grateful!

HORRIBLE SURGEON!!! Completely butchered my left breast so badly 4 mos ago I am now having to remove the implant and let it heal before it can be revised. DO NOT USE HIM AS YOUR SURGEON!!!!!

Dr. Bafitis and his staff are amazing. They are warm, and knowledgeable. From the moment I stepped into the office in Jupiter I felt comfortable with everyone, they made me feel confident that I would be well taken care of. I chose Dr Bafitis because I am in the medical field and was familiar with his amazing work. I have worked for several plastic surgeons in the Palm Beaches but I chose Dr Bafitis for my own surgery. I was amazed that I did not have surgical pain, which had been a concern of mine as a chronic pain sufferer. The office is a relaxing environment and all staff members are very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner, Nicole even assisted me by picking up a prescription for me the day before Surgery. Now that is surely going above and beyond. I was so great full to her. My results at less then three weeks post op are looking amazing!!! I am so pleased that I did this for myself. I am also so grateful to Dr Bafitis and his staff for taking excellent care of me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have plastic surgery. He is a gifted and surgeon.

What a amazing Doctor and person! Best personality you will ever find with the best quality care you will find. I absolutely love the work he did on my adominalplasty. He guided me through the whole thing and was always there if I had any questions. And my body turned out way beyond what I ever expected!
