Run!!

I was given a prescription and the first day I took it i knew something was wrong. I contacted the office to advise but was told that I should continue it for a week. Come to find out the prescription causes cancer and has a law suit against it. Boyd refused to change it so i refused to see him any longer. The staff was rude about the whole situation. I only took that one pill and threw the rest away but he refused to assist me with any other options after I called the office. Never go to this doctor.

I went to Dr Boyd after moving and needing to find a doctor located closer to my new home. His office was convenient and I did not have to sit and wait for my appointment but after a few visits and a few rx call ins I have decided to find another doctor. Dr Boyd is not very proactive in his care and does not have a good manner with patients.

Dr. Boyd's staff is quite rude. My father died and 3 days later I went to Dr. Boyd for help. About a week later I had a question he did not help me with on my visit. I called to ask him and was told to come in and I would not be charged. I literally spoke to him for 5 minutes and he did not help me at all. His bed side manner was quite poor for a grieving person. I called to fight the charge and they would not budge. THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS!!!

I sent my husband to this doctor based on reviews. we tried 3 other doctors before this one. I was very impressed with this organization! no wait time on phone or in the office and the doctor is amazing! this is now our family doc for myself and my older kids as well..

I feel very lucky to have a doctocr such as Dr. Boyd I can feel totaly confident about. He is without a doubt the best doctor in this area
