Dr. Harold J Fuller JR., MD

I have been on the mental health care merry go round for many years. I have an idea of what a physiatrist should be. I have seen doctors that you can talk to about anything and have it remain confidential. Not so with Dr. Fuller. Unless you want everything you have discussed with him put in a electronic data base for anyone to look at, don’t say anything. I had another doctor repeat back to me a conversation I had with Dr. Fuller almost verbatim. Unfortunately, he is one of the few physiatrists in Spartanburg

Only Cares about Himself and How he is perceived by his peers in the profession. Instead of the welfare of his patients. It was a sad day for Psychiatric Patients and Psychiatrictry when he became certified. Can't Believe This man was used for Spartanburg Regionals Psychiatric Intake Process. He acts like a patient isn't worthy of his time. Pathetic bedside manor. He thinks he knows all the answers. Will not listen to and/or allow patients to provide feedback

At first I was very skeptical, but Dr. Fuller was very helpful. I wish he had more availability.

Worst, most uncaring doctor I have ever been to. Borders on neglectful to his patients. Cold & unconcerned. If you value your mental health please do not go to this man.

My doctor moved away and I started seeing him, from the beginning I didn't like him. He doesn't care about his patients. I had a hard time sleeping and he gave me a a new medication which didn't work and the side effects were terrible and instead of giving me a new medication he just kept upping the dosage, and now he wants to get rid of my anti-depressant which I need greatly. Can't wait till I find a new one. No bedside manner. Doesn't spend enough time with his patients. He's the worst doctor I have ever seen. He is very arrogant.
