Excellent care by a trusted and highly skilled Neurosurgeon. Any questions I had about terminology, course of care or treatment were answered in a clear, direct and concise manner. The administrative staff are efficient and provided help with insurance questions and were forthcoming with payment options without being asked so they are in touch with patients needs. Also, I never had wait time for appointments.

I completely trust Dr. Hamilton, I am amazed at his brilliance, I was listening to him thinking I could'nt believe how seriously smart he is, one of the best things about him doing my surgery was his reassurance more than one that he was going to take good care of me. I felt he was genuine and wanted to do the very best job for me. I did feel so much better, immediately after the surgery my pain from the nerve pain was gone. He is awesome and he has done a great job for both me and my father and I highly recommend him.

Expect mistakes and lack of regard from particular office staff. Expect dishonest responses and doing your own calls to see if perceptions were actually filled or not, or if they really did something or not multiple errors over four weeks. Reporting to doctor did not help cares more about sustaining a not fully adequate office staff ( the few) that are inept. He really does not care about the patient no empathy he really does not seem to grasp what pain is really like for a patient. Not patient focused self focused $

Even though the doctor is supposed to be good the office staff does not respond. I called in for a refill they advised they called it in I had already investigated calling the pharmacy. They lied never called it in over 4 weeks made multiple errors. Becoming frustrated on the phone. I did not cuss but was accused of being rude after 4 weeks of despondency, lack of regard, lack of honesty. The doctor will not see me again because I was rude but how else do you deal with office staff doing multiple errors. So if you go be prepared to smile and put up with staff who really don’t care don’t expect much, the doctor care more about his insufficient staff rather than patients. Your just a source of money, he did not address issues with the staff whom did not work. This is medical and mistakes made have consequences think twice before going and if you do go smile and put up with stuff don’t address issues with particular staff who don’t do their job basically.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Hamilton's professional qualities and would recommend him very highly as a surgeon.

Dr. Hamilton was able to perform a very complicated and difficult surgery that resolved 3 different issues that were causing me chronic back pain and were limiting my mobility. I am 4 months post-surgery and am so pleased with the results so far. There are still several months of recovery required, but the only discomfort I have is that involved with the healing process. Dr. Hamilton was so confident about the outcome of the surgery, that I had very little worry going into the process. I appreciate his continuing support

Dr. Hamilton rebuilt my lower back with 2 rods and 4 screws. My back hurt due to a degenerative disc problem. He was thorough with excellent followup. Thank God, for Dr. Hamilton.

I had terrific pain running down my right leg, which totally disrupted my life. Dr. Hamilton did an operation & now I have virtually no pain at all. He is very professional, has a top notch staff, & does a great job.

If you need neck, spine or back surgery, then Dr Harold Hamilton is the doctor you need. He is a very competent doctor and surgeon and I have had no problems or complications with the surgeries he has done on me. I have had both neck and back surgeries performed by Dr. Hamilton and I can tell you he is nothing but the best. He definitely deserves a 6 star rating.
