Dr. Harold Pillsbury

Dr.Pillsbury, is by far the best ENT Doctor i have had in my life. I am very blessed he was able to fix both my ears. His Staff are remarkle people and I greatly appreciate all of them. Another successful ear surgery. I cannot say enough about Dr.Pillsbury he is truly amazing and very kind. Super Proffessional as well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Pillsbury is by far my favorite doctor, and I have a lot of them. Cathy and the rest of the staff are all kind and helpful. I have been his patient for 19 years

Dr. Pillsbury did not listen to my history but said he could cure my hearing problem with a surgery that didn't make sense to me with my history. He performed the surgery without giving me any information on prep or recovery. He cut me off when I asked questions and was irritated when I asked for recovery information stating that everyone was different. He disregarded the pain due to pressure in my ear and my new inability to hear after surgery. Two months later, my hearing is still gone in that ear and he isn't available to meet with me for another month. I just got the $3,000 bill and I'm wondering what exactly I paid him for.

Dr. Pillsbury was the perfect surgeon for us. He had a fun personality and was very encouraging to both parents and child. He made up nicknames for my son and husband which made everybody smile. His knowledge of the procedure and patient is second to none and he generously shared it with the students he helped to train. We are very grateful to have had Dr. Pillsbury operate on and follow-up with both of our children.

Dr. Pillsbury is always in a rush, he has his helpers do most of the work. He is a smart guy but is a very typical docter, he doesnt really listen to you and seems only interest in operations.

The staff was nice, but I was completely disappointed when it was time for the Dr. to come in. Dr. Pillsbury saw me for approximately less than 1 minute and told me to stop thinking about my mere physiological ear issue. He seemed to rush me and interrupt me when I tried to ask a question, then proceeded to hug me and call me kiddo. I am a college aged woman and it was completely inappropriate considering he's a Dr. and I had just met him only for 1 minute. I would never go to him again or recommend him to anyone.
