Dr Ross is an excellent opthamologist and very caring to your eye needs. I highly recommend him to anyone. Wait time can get quite long but he is very very thorough.

Excellent doctor but bring a good book...I have always waited an average of 3 hours before being seen....literally takes an entire day by the time I am out of there...

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ross. In an era where medical professionals appear to not want to spend time with the patient, Dr. Ross is the exception. We had an extensive conversation about my vision issues. I learned a lot. At no time did I feel rushed or ignored. I thank him.

I waited more than an hour for my apointment. I got to the office on time and half the staff was out to an hour long lunch, and so was the doctor even though he hade many patients waiting! The secretary was the only decent person there who helped me with billing questions.Dr. Ross was not particularly friendly and treated me like I was just a number, not what you expect from a physician.
