Dr Ajmani is an amazing Dr ,he will sit with you and talk about your health he talks about family he is literally concerned about his patients. If he were to retire I don't know what I would do.I have been with him for 15 years.

As a patient diagnosed with Gout, who has sought the professional care of a rheumatologist, I expected that a physician of this discipline and expressed years of experience would have a better handle on the pain management aspect of treatment and patient care. Instead, I was treated I suspect as someone who could not be trusted and perhaps as one looking for narcotics. In my opinion, this doctor and many others are have misplaced their ethical position leaning not to the default of not prescribing pain meds often, but not, categorically prescribing pain, even anticipatory pain treatment whatsoever! While we all understand the risks associated with over-prescribing, something very much has been lost if the nature and purpose of these medications, expressly for unexpected and unplanned situations. It's no more than 'pass the buck,' let the hospitals be the ones to prescribe. This is patently wrong on at least two counts: a) the doctor is failing in the complete care of the patient and b)… this adds to the healthcare cost containment issues where patients are accused of overusing the hospital system. I could go on.
