Dr. Harrell A Grand, MD

Dr. Grand is a good knowledgable doctor and has managed my father's chronic care for years however his staff and nurses are probably some of the worst that I've come across in healthcare. As a healthcare provider myself, this speaks volumes. The staff there is very unprofessional, unorganized, and overall lack medical knowledge. His staff engaged in a full on argument turned screaming match with my mother over a simple pharmacy change request. His staff also did this to my father in person when he went to inquire about a cancelled visit that he was charged for. Any staff member who does that definitely should not be working in healthcare nor handling patients. Unfortunately, Dr. Grand has lost a long-time patient due to this but in that same breath, it is the doctor's job as well as the practice manager's job to ensure they have a team that can treat patients with respect, care, and dignity.

Horrible office staff and a Doctor that does not care about the lack of services being provided to his patients.

The absolute WORST office EVER! The staff is so unprofessional, RUDE and uneducated. Its impossible to get a returned call much less a prescription refill. DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE!

left many messages to book an appointment and finally just went to see them today. no one was there. time to find a new doc.

Great doctor, great staff. There was a wait, but considering the fact that it is a solo practice, it is certainly understandable. The doctor was definitely worth the wait. Several friends recommended I see Dr. Grand and I'm glad I was able to get in so quickly and become an established patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grand's for over 20 years. I know that he is very concerned about my health and often, he has been stern about my failure to lose weight. I know that it is out of concern that he is that way - so I don't take it personally.

I have been seeing Dr. G since the early 90's and have always been amazed at the depth/breadth of his knowledge. He spends a lot of time with me, and I can tell he really wants me to understand the diagnosis and treatment options. He has a great and caring staff now that he's back in a solo practice. I have recommended him to others who agree.
