I went in today for my examination and it was professional, she even complemented my abs and said I was “tan and tight”

Unfortunately from the moment she stepped in the room, it was clear she didn’t want to speak with me, the parent, and was asking my youngest son health questions he didn’t have the correct answers to. I would respond and she would converse with my son instead. He is not asthmatic, but had been prescribed an inhaler two yrs prior when he had had pneumonia, so he was confused as to what asthma was. She argued for him, so I had to explain to her that his previous pediatricians never said he was nor has he ever suffered an asthma attack. His oxygen was at 100% while sick with the flu. He is not asthmatic. She still prescribed an inhaler. His older brother was worse off, had a fever longer, was coughing badly and she seemed less concerned with him. I explained how they each got sick after being outside without coats on after coming back from a warm weather vacation. They weren’t acclimated yet and became ill the very next day. Be it a secondary result, or not- If we didn’t need… protection from the elements we wouldn’t need coats or clothing. She brought up the HPV vaccine for my boys and I said it wasn’t necessary. She replied “You’re wrong. But that’s your opinion”. I told her my older son didn't swallow pills and she still prescribed tamiflu in pill form and asked him to try. It’s available in liquid form. He also had already been ill with fever for over 48 hrs, so it would not be effective. When we were ushered into the office while she used the computer to most likely put in their prescriptions, I remained standing next to my boys because my 12 & 14 yr old were tired and took the two available seats. She looked up and told me “I don’t like when people hover over me take a seat” I was on the opposite side of the desk!) I responded the seats were taken and she suggested “one of the children sit on your lap... see very good then”. I could not believe she chose the medical field as her calling. I still had my boys thank her as we left because I for one was brought up with good manners.

Do not bring your child to this doctor. Very rude to both parent and the patient. Does not know how diagnose and treat a child. I told he that my son is wheezing when he sleeps she told me that she does not see it or hear any wheezing. Making it look like I'm lying to her. We had a very horrible experience with her.
