Dr. Aldrich is extremely competent yet caring. He follows up on labs and tests personally. I never feel rushed and his assistant, Jacqui, is a gem!

The most memorable thing about my last trip to see him was how he completely blew off my questions concerning my condition - not telling me whether my it was something I should worry about or not. This was a pre-op visit and there was some blip in my EKG and I really wanted and needed to know if this was a problem to follow up with. He wouldn't give me a straightforward answer but was really quick to jump into lining up that slam dunk post-op follow-up visit. When I tried speaking with him, it was like he was on another planet; no compassion, just a smirking, blank, creepy stare. His demeanor was cold and off-putting. Also, they don't use modern equipment and so couldn't give us a copy of my tests on a CD.

Doctor is excellent; however, his office staff and nurse could care less about the patient, communication is horrible.

Its so funny to me that his picture in the profile is so stern looking - nothing like what a kind warm person he is, and the tops in his field as well. They don't make em any better.
