Years ago I switched doctors due to extremely unprofessional service at this office. Don't regret it one bit.

dont waste your money ! spent about 5 minutes with me, looked at wrong body parts . I was there for ear, he checked everything else). I tried giving him some very important information but h e hushed me and said he could not do anything about it. wasted time and money.

I recently had two appointments with Dr. Borovik. I'm happy I didn't read the reviews before the appointment. I found him to be thorough, explanatory, and efficient. If I want smiles and small talk I'll go to see a bartender. His staff was extremely pleasant and courteous. I will definitely see him in the future regarding my hearing loss issues.

I had not read good reviews on Dr. Borovics bedside manner but heard that he was technically very good. I can tell you that this was NOT our experience! Technically very good AND was TERRIFIC with us. From the very first minute, through the hospital procedure and follow up he was honest, kind, open and communicative. His attention to his business was unlike most Dr's and I was very impressed. If we ever need his services again, you can bet that we will be there in a heartbeat! As a Doctor with a busy practice, I am glad to recommend him to any of my patients who need a referral.

Worst office visit I have ever experienced. Did not know our mothers medical history and acted like that did not matter, offered little educational information on cause, cure, treament or prevention. Dissmissive attitude (even had his back turned to us) when answering questions, offered no alternative treatments or future therapy recommendations. His staff was not well trained and even worst, he reprimanded them in front of us - the sign of a very poor leader. Run away... I suspect a few of these 5 star ratings recently were from a family member ratching up the poor scores. Our experience matched some the the previous poor ratings. Not waiting to find out about the billing issues commented about because not returning.
