Dr. Harry H Dassah, MD

Dr Dassah is not skilled with the geriatric population nor does he understand up to date and state of the art treatment for common geriatric problems such as aphasia.

This is the worst doctor ever. Rude, arrogant, not friendly kind of doctor. Don't have patience.

Absolute worst physician I have ever had the displeasure of working with. As other reviewers have noted, he is very rude to both his patients and his employees. His office is small and dingy, with examination rooms being about the size of a bedroom closet. As others have said, the walls are also paper-thin, allowing me full insight into the health issues of the patient *down the hall* as he examined them. I had to specifically request that he close the door to my room, as he left it cracked open when beginning my appointment. Additionally, he clearly lacks any degree of privacy as he speaks very loudly, regardless of whether or not the subject is deeply personal. Extremely tactless when conversing, often cutting me off when I was in the middle of explaining my symptoms. One of the last things we did was go through a symptom checker on his computer system, and without even asking me whether or not I was experiencing them, he was marking them "no", "no", "no"... etc. I wouldn't recommend… this physician to ANYONE.

Extremely curt, dismissive, and rude. He literally burst into the examination room (after a 45 min wait) yelling for us to get to the point because he didn't have time, citing an emergency situation. His attitude was insulting and borderline hostile. Very unpleasant demeanor, he hardly looked over at us the entire ten minutes he was in the room. He didn't take the time to listen to the problem cutting me off exclaiming that he didn't have time to talk. He didn't perform any type of exam. Additionally, he was looking at the wrong patient's chart for the majority of the appointment! Office staff was a bit defensive regarding the huge delay. No one communicated to us that he had an emergency until I went out to ask.This man has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered and if he could have his license revoked on solely that basis I would heartily recommend it.

First visit: -Staff was VERY unorganized. It took 3 staff members to put EKG patches on my mother, now since when does it take 3 staff members to do that?-Harry came in (does not deserve to be called "Doctor") did not even greet my self or my mother which was the patient. He was very rude while asking her questions and then yelled at staff during our visit.Second Visit:Once again very unorganized and staff members not curtious AT ALL.Third & LAST visit:My mom was on treadmill Harry started yelling at her because she couldn't keep up with the treadmill. Once that was over he rudely and unprofessionally told me that previous test results were not normal she need additional testing.Over all I would not recommend this person at all, he is VERY rude, unplesant and in my mothers words "He is very mean!"

Our original appointment with Dr. Dassah was rescheduled last minute because he didn't come into the office that day. We returned the following day to only encounter the rudest doctor I have ever come in contact with. He has no people skills and frankly even though he is a geriatric doctor listed as one of his specialties he doesn't know how to deal with elderly people! I went to him for his specialty however he quickly stated we could see any internal medicine doctor to deal with anyone over 65yrs old. I would not recommend anyone to this office, and totally discredited his Geriatrician specialty.
